Integration KS3 & KS4

Context

Integration is a Pupil Referral Unit (PRU) for Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 learners on short-term placements who are currently unable to access mainstream education. Many learners attending Integration have been permanently excluded or are offered an in-reach placement due to being at risk of exclusion or disengagement. Integration staff are skilled at identifying barriers to learning and, through a well-planned, adaptive curriculum and skilled delivery, learners are supported to re-engage with education and provided with strategies to make positive choices.

Integration also provides bespoke educational packages to learners with SEND awaiting specialist school placements, and section 19 provision to Children in Care who are new to the area during the school admission process.
