Attendance matters at iCollege.
From the very first contact with families, staff work proactively to develop positive relationships and secure a successful transition into iCollege.
For some, this may include bespoke learning packages tailored around developing emotional security and resilience, while for others the transition to full-time education happens quickly.
Whether a learner attends iCollege for a short period or on a longer-term basis, the goal is the same, to secure sustained and ongoing attendance and engagement to ensure learners achieve the best possible outcomes.
iCollege works closely with other agencies to identify and remove barriers to attendance and education. Attendance data is monitored closely and support provided quickly when attendance becomes a concern.
iCollege, like all schools, cannot authorise holidays during term time. Taking a holiday during term time may result in a fine.
Should you have any concerns around your child’s attendance, please contact your child’s Lead Teacher.
