Governors – Management Committee
The iCollege Management Committee (MC) was formed in September 2017 following the amalgamation of the Alternative Curriculum Service and the Reintegration Service. iCollege works with West Berkshire Council (the Local Authority) to meet the needs of learners aged 5 – 19 who for a variety of reasons are unable to engage with mainstream education.
The Committee is made up of 13 governors; 7 Community Governors; 2 Local Authority (LA) Governors, 3 Staff Governors (including the Headteacher) and 1 Parent Governor and is supported by a Clerk.
Meetings are held regularly throughout the academic year with all Governors attending the Full Management Committee meetings.

Our Governors come from a variety of backgrounds and our mission is to work collaboratively with our stakeholders, staff, students, parents/carers, the Local Authority and sister services to provide a relevant and holistic curriculum, underpinned by strong leadership and teaching of the highest quality that will inspire our learners and help equip them for their futures and help every learner to do the very best they can.
